What does this mean: I will vomit you out of My mouth.
Revelations 3: 15-16
15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.
What this means in my opinion is that God would rather you have convinction in whatever you do than to waffle back and forth. God does not want people who say they believe but do not follow the guidelines he set forth in the Bible. If you say that you do not believe and that you are not a Christian, at least you have some kind of convinction in what you believe.
When you vomit, your body is rejecting something that it knows does not belong even thou you put it in your own mouth. If you pretend to belong to the body of Christ but you do not truely, then the body will reject you. God will reject you, because you have already rejected him.

Atheists often ask for proof of Jesus being the son of God. If Jesus came to earth and everyone realized He is the son of God, would you still reject Him as your saviour?
