Have you ever asked a question for the benifit of others? If so, what were your thoughts?
There have been some occasions, both in Work and private life where I have felt I need to ask a question because another person is afraid to do so.
They may be afraid of people perceptions of them for asking the question, or perhaps afraid of the answer.
Asking questions for people may be the way to help them move forward.
