To walk on water requires that you lay out the course in advance with large flat-topped stones with the tops of the stones just an inch below the surface of the water.  Space them a stride apart, and you too can manifest a miracle.

About the fourth watch of the night he went out to them, walking on the lake. He was about to pass by them, but when they saw him walking on the lake, they thought he was a ghost. Mark 6:45-52.

Yes, of course. It says so in the Bible's New Testament. This is the only evidence we have of the event. For some skeptics, the New Testament is the only evidence that Jesus ever existed. Yet, it seems that a movement which spread so quickly in its infancy would have shriveled if word got around that Jesus didn't exist. The existence of Christianity is implicit, indirect proof (albeit flimsy evidence, at that).

And Jesus said that each of us (you and me) can do the things he did and even greater miracles. I've had some experience with this, but it took humility and faith (whatever those mean). It took more than cynical witicisms (like those of dabeaner), but humor is valuable, too. Laughter is good medicine.
