Are there are chakra meditations that would help to ease pain from neck and spinal injuries. Thanx
Meditation cannot ease pains because one cannot meditate with pains in the body. Only the body can cure the body. Massage, therapy and simple yoga can probably help. I don't think meditation can cure injuries. Meditation is really to calm the mind and bring peace and bliss upon a person. It's for enlightenment and to find your real purpose in this world.
Are there any particular asanas that would help, and be easy to do? The individual in question is in their 60's and has had this pain since an accident in 1996. Many thanks. Sweetmelissa
