To satisfy means, 1) to meet requirements or expectations of, 2) to make happy, 3) to meet a want or a need.

Therefore to have satisfaction MUST mean that you are happy. So I guess your question comes down to what it means to be successful? Well, if it means to have a lot of money then, no, satisfaction doesn't ALWAYS mean you are successful, but in many cases it would.
If you mean success is to be happy, to fulfill your purpose in life, or to make a difference, than I think that being satisfied would always mean being successful.
I guess it all depends on what you mean by satisfaction and success....
