Faithful and True, Holy and Just, showing kindness long before He is stirred to anger, just like a good Father is?

I believe that God would have all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. God has done all that he can to bring men to salvation, because if He was not willing to spare His own Son, what else would he not be willing to do for us?

I am in awe! You have so much to say; or should I say: To Offer!

Clearly, it would be appropriate to consider why one with such acute focus on a singular subject, would join a community like HP 5 weeks ago; with the clear intent of not writing hubs?
Such a goal provides only evidence of an intention to Not Contribute productively to our community.

Have you considered ReDefining your goals?
I'm sure that there are many here who would be prepared to help you! hmm

God is the Most High, The Most gracious, Most Merciful, The Sustainer, Master of the day of Judgement, The Creator of the Univers (human being, Jinn, animal) He do not impose himself to you, he created you to worship non but him alone, and give you option to do otherwise, and advice you to follow the right path or face the consequences. Just Believe in him and strive toward the right things, don't always follow your lust.

Thomas Paine: "Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon that the Word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind; and for my own part, I sincerely detest it, as I detest everything that is cruel."

OMG... Just the sight of the wonderous appendages is enough to fear. But I do have to say that the questions asked by FSM are certainly worthy of response... tho lie unanswered by hordes of zealots. Are they too direct? Or merely ignored for the sake of promoting a more hollow pasta? hmm

So Under, what's the lesson here? When you honor God, they dishonor you. I have no interest in crafts, so you'll never find me in the "crafts" section. For people that say that they have no interest in religion, they sure love to hang around it. Better yet, they love to hate it. Historian Paul Johnson called John Quincy Adams "a great hater." There are some people like this. They don't go toward what they like. They gravitate toward what they dislike.

Their behavior is proof that they are not indifferent to God; they hate Him and hate those that love him. If they were indifferent or uninterested, they would vacate the premises.

Keep honoring the Lord. He is worthy.

You are full of false assumptions and other substances.  Your idol fills the pages with his hatred and vitriol and you dare to defend this as God's work?

Religion - I'm very interested in discussion.  Lunatics on soap boxes - they should duck.

              Beautiful way to express that!
I have often wondered why they gravitate in here as well, though I just found this site a couple of weeks ago, I often come into the forums and search under "religion" becuase much like you I enjoy talking about the Lord.

What I think is rather funny, is that through their debates they read, truth. God uses this forum, I think to spread His message of salvation. Though the non believer does not realize this when they post here.
They just cannot comprehend that things happen for a reason, they want to believe I guess it is all by chance. Little do they know. smile

And what else is they talk so much about the non exsistance of God. So, I asked them to prove it. Once we can get to the reality that, they just don't know if He exsists or not, we can better talk about the subject.

I mean for one to say, "God does not exsist!" they would have to know that for certain. It is what's called an "absolute" statement. Since they cannot come up with a single shread of proof to support the statement, then one would conclude, that one really does not know.

So in reality, we all "believe" in something. The temr non-believer is not really accurate. I, a Christian, believe in Jesus Christ. I believe whole heartedly in the exsistance of God. While other's believe in something altogether different. They believe in evolution, for example. They cannot know for sure evolution happened the way science theorizes.

Afterall, a theory is just that. It it is not a proven fact. So, really, they BELIEVE evolution to be true. Not that they know for sure. How could they?

I think once we get that straight people will be more receptive to talking in a more respectful mannner to eachother. BUt then again,
              smile
after reading alot posts throughout this site...maybe not. lol
