    What does this dream mean?  An 83 year old woman dreams she is 6 years old and is lost.

    The woman was trick or treating, and couldn't find anyone.  In this dream, she was in her childhood neighborhood.

    I can't say exactly, but I do know when you revert back to your childhood especially where you resided in your dreams.  There is something that you are presently dealing with that you haven't resolved from that time and place.  The answers lie in that time and place that you're dreaming of.

    I would think it means that she is realizing that her journey on earth is coming closer to an end. In her dream, there is no one in her neighborhood because most likely those she grew up with have already transitioned into the next world. Like a child she is unsure about what the future holds on the other side such as who she'll see there, what she'll find, etc. This is probably why she feels young, inexperienced and lost in her dream.

    It would probably be a good idea to get in touch with spiritual guidance, whether her pastor, rabbi or spiritual leader, to help her come to terms with the life she has led up to this point and not to fear what will happen in the world to come.
