the components of the sand are similar to that which is in everything else
for an avalanche to take place the final grain of sand needs to move which makes it vital at that point  in time
we know alot less about our micro world than we do about the cosmos, and we know very little about that

To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wild flower
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
    And eternity in an hour.

Well I know that infinity is the same as eternity, so I think this poem is saying that there are so many things to do in the present. What do you think?

That we are smaller than we seem to think we are.  That we are just a tiny part of a much bigger picture.

Imagine one grain of sand in a whole desert, it would be such a small proportion of the whole thing.
So, if the universe is classed as a grain of sand, then it must be such a small piece of a vast entity.

    A microcosm in a macrocosm.
That is what this saying means for me.

Life is the author of all things, and is a part of all things.

    Life has no physical dimensions
