Can you meditate away having to sneeze?
I've held in quite a few sneezes, but it seems that--eventually--the sneezes catch up with me later in the day. What are your experiences?
Interesting question. Never really thought about it. Usually I throw my head back to go on and get the sneeze out because I can't stand that weird feeling in my nose.
I haven't tried meditating it away, but my Dad taught me that if you absolutely need to NOT sneeze, to push up the very tip of your nose upward with your finger. It totally works! As to whether the sneeze has or hasn't caught up with me later in the day, I wouldn't know... I only notice the sneezes that come in awkward situations, not the ones when it doesn't matter!
