Why there is more than one God worshiped in Hindu Religion.

In other religion there is one God. But in Hindu, there are 330 million God. Is there any meaning.

It is a misconception that there are 330 million Gods in Hinduism. This idea was propagated perhaps by Christian missionaries to degrade Hinduism. Please read this:http://hubpages.com/hub/Are-there-330-million-Gods-in-Hinduism

However, there are several God forms available for worship in Hinduism (the forms that represent one single Almighty, Brahman) simply because, people's tastes and temperaments are different. That's the uniqueness of Hinduism. Please read this:http://hubpages.com/hub/An-introduction-to-the-various-Gods-in-Hinduism

It gives you a personal choice. All can not wear the same jacket straight fitted. If you look at sweets, though all are made with sugar, yet each sweet gives a different flavor and taste. Some like zelabi, some mysorepauk, some laddus and some other milk sweets. Hence we can adore any form of god in hinduism as per our wish and fancy but fundamentally God is One and he is seen in different forms and vesture.

More than one God is worshiped because ancient Hindus believed that every particle that exists in the universe is of great value. Activity in the universe is the main cause of earth and human existence.

So, they worshiped almost all visible and invisible things in nature as god. In this way, they also sent a indirect message to the world that environment is very precious. Do not pollute, over use or destroy it for the sake of selfish activity.

Because we believe that God exists everywhere and in every soul and that's why we worship more than one God.
