Does quirks define how interesting a person is?
When people do something strange, we feel they are frank people, does that make them more interesting?
It depends on what the quirks are--a nervous twitch, or getting up at 3am to jot down the poem you composed in a dream and typing it up and driving to the post office to send it to the New Yorker.
'Quirky' is, I guess, another description for ~ personallity traits.
If harmless, they are tollerated. If annoying, then not so much.
My boss makes this unusual sound when she eats something that she is apparently enjoying, kind of like . . . num, num, num. It doesn't bother me, I find it endearing. My co-worker believe this behaivor is 'strange' and not at all 'interesting'.
Perspective is in the eye of the beholder I suppose.
If we were not all completely different, what a dull and boring world this would be.

How do you define "handsome" or "beautiful?"For example, I have had people tell me that someone is handsome and I look at them and think, "Huh?" They look very nice, sort of...but handsome?...
