Why do you write spiritual articles? Is it for the Unity of the Mankind or for disunity?

What are we learn from History? In different time different people come and expose themselves as messengers of God and formulate a religion. People always are suffering from the fear of death. Messenger’s teaching people accepts with inner fear. Thus people are divided with different religious faith. Is it good for mankind?

If we fix our attention on uniting men with one another, we will fail disastrously - if we genuinely seek after and authentic union with God, we can then enjoy a true unity with our fellow man. Religion is what man concocts to quell his fears and provide himself some notion of assurance that he is accepted by God - spirituality is the eternal truth that God reveals to us, making us new creatures and, only then, able to love Him and our neighbor. I write hubs on spiritual matters because that's where my interest is and I desire (and like all God's people I am called to) announce His truth to the world.

If “spirituality is the eternal truth that God reveals to us” then why that truth does divide the mankind into different religious faith. Is it the creation of particular person or God’s teaching with mankind?

H P Roychoudhury ~ Jesus said He did not come to bring peace but the sword, meaning God's truth will cause division, because some men will accept it and some will reject it . . . many prefer their own notions over God's truth, and so, we're divided.

Thank you for this question. I reflected and realized that a portion of me was writing not for disunity but for my self. Oops. The word disunity is heavily weighted as a negative. I believe the Christian concept is "stir it up", that would be Hebrews 10. Provoke. Clearly if one is writing at all for mankind, the calling is suspect. One must right for good and in service to the glory of God or one is on a path to disappointment.

I write articles on religion and spirituality in order to stimulate thinking in others about ways of looking at their beliefs or non-beliefs they may have never considered. I would pray that they would in some small way add to unity. There is enough disunity in the world. Religion has been used to justify wars, genocide and African slavery and is still used as a business enterprise, promoted and marketed to stimulate growth and to entertain and seduce the non-churched to become "members". Different denominations and even inter-denominations compete for souls in trendy music and programming. The articles I write all point to problems in the modern Church...His In Service
