Who is the ENEMY of your soul?
What is it that hinders your calling or surrendering the Idols in you in your daily lives? Are we in Absolute Awe & Reverence According to the 1st 3 Commandments?
A. - I am more curious of getting the answers from a True Worshiper of Yahweh in His Truth & in His Spirit .
B. - Any of the brothers/sisters who just cant get help enough or not yet ready to surrender to the idols in him/her may also have a say and the elders can guide you.
Rina Pinto - "Who is the enemy of your soul?"
I want to first and foremost thank God for you life. Your testimony and witness of the goodness of God in your life. Jesus Christ Son of god is the true light that shines upon every man. He is the source of eternal life.
The enemy of our soul is Satan the evil one - the deceiver and liar from the beginning.
Any thing that we prefer more than our Creator is an idol and wars against our soul; preventing us becoming all that God want from us. He cam that we might have life and have it more abundantly. This knowledge is immense and any thing that brings a shadow of doubt to this truth that is fundamental for us to enjoy the life of God in Christ Jesus is from the evil one - Satan. Some of the manifestations of the work of the flesh are seen in these: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the desire to covet for things.
Our object of worship is the Lord God Almighty and Him alone. The commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with al your mind, with al your soul and with all your strenght. And to love your neighbor as yourself. The writer of Ecclesiastes sums it up thus: "After all this , there is only one thing to say, have reverence for God and obey his commands, because this all tha human beings were created for. God is going to judge everything we do, whether good or bad, even things done in secret." (Eccl. 12:13-14)
That's scary! Isn't it?
My submission is that we die daily as we take up our cross to follow him; if you are a christian. If you're not you need to be borne again so that you can receive the power of become a child of God and live your life to the glory of God.
Identify yourself with the Lord who won the victory for you in the cross of Calvary and you'll be sure to win the spiritual battle that is ragging for your soul. He is both your Lord and Savior.
God is WITHIN YOU. Most do not get it! It means you are part of the creation and you do the creating with your mind. Jesus said to be careful with your thoughts and what you sow you shall reap and that God will never leave you and he will call you when he needs you. YOU are the creator and the God is IN YOU and can never leave you. It is your SOUL. There is no death ..only to the body which is our puppet while we learn about how and why and what we think and how it is manifested and why and all the lessons therein. The Mercy of God is you and your thoughts and so is the things in which you call EVIL because YOU do not understand what you do.
My response, "Guilefulness” was to short.
I guess I will have to Create something to post;
which could end up being just so much Babel.
