    What is the difference between a miracle and a supernatural change?

    I watched part of a broadcast where a man named Dr. Todd Coontz was pretending to give a sermon of sorts.  His goal was to get 3000 viewers to "Sow A Seed" of $273, with a secondary goal of receiving a "seed" of $1000 from 12 people.  Rockwealth Ministries is targeting people who are in financial distress.  I also noticed that for 15 seconds the following disclaimer was placed on the screen, “Miracles are blessings of God and Inspiration Ministries does not guarantee miracles for everyone that gives.”  Miracles were discussed but Supernatural changes were sold, are these changes guaranteed?

    A miracle is an event that is determined by a board (group) of qualified professionals, to have no scientific or medical explanation. The group that is responsible for the proclamation of miracles, works through the Vatican. Keep in mind that a "miracle" holds a religious content, while a "supernatural change" does not.
