What words of wisdom would you like to pass on to your children?
In many cases our words can be the greatest gift we leave for our children. Sometime quotes of wisdom are passed down from one child to the next. What words would you pass on to them?
Love and See. Love what you can and cannot see. See what cannot be seen. Love is the greatest commandment ever given man. If you live by this commandment, you will see the most glorious sights. If you look for love you will see it in all things and beings. Please child do not let bias, prejudice and hate blind you. See with your heart and keep your heart filled with love.
"The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil; but because of those who look on and do nothing"..........Albert Einstein
And the worst are those who complain about those who do something by word and voice. They stifle our strive for betterment and are quick to attack those who strive for better.
loveofnight- There is some amount of truth to this quote. But evil does share some responsibility. Thank you very much for your answer
Try out as much as you can and do what you love. There's no reason in doing things that you don't want to, life is too beautiful and offers too much. Do it like Bob Marley and ask yourself all the time: "Open your eyes, look within. Are you satisfied with the life you're living?"
Learn what you can for your life and contribute back to society while giving help to those in need. Be kind to those who are less fortunate by giving a helping hand. Teach those with the knowledge you gain in life.
Transcend the world because everything is temporary and an illusion. Everything appears and disappears. Live in the highest possible consciousness that you can attain. You are the eternal reality.
Is love for another not real and worthy. What is temporary about love. Please help me understand for I feel love is eternal and not temporary.
The inner source of love is eternal. Love from others will disappear unless you hold on to it in your memory or imagination. In that case it would be your inner source in disguise.
Learn all you can from the wise yet decide for yourself. Learn and then teach what you have learned.
