I mean the hubs I wanted to be writing is based on evangelism in Christian religion. And how do I assess and write on my page?
Yes, I agree with you, Sesan. Evangelism can be the religion of some people. I grew up with many of them. Nothing was more important than preaching. Ahh...then I grew up and began to think...
Quite well so far. I'll take reasonable thinking over baseless affirmations any day. It's not the easiest path, mind you, but it's rewarding. Independent thinking is not for the faint of heart.
JT says---"Thinking is not for the brilliant"--how ironic. I suppose the strength of our arguments and theories will be the judge of that. After all, I'm not the one answering every unanswered question with the default "God did it."
LOL.. NOW YOU ARE PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH. It is the atheists who want to blame everything on God and do not appreciate the good God has done for all.
Again, you have not thought through your statements. If someone is an atheist, they don't believe a god exists, right? That would be like you blaming Middle East violence on Zeus.
Robert..... it is clear where you stand. It is also clear where I stand. Enough said on this thread
Yes, it is very clear. You are content to base your life on affirmations without tangible evidence, supplemented by personal emotional experiences, as are Buddhists, Muslims, Jews, etc... If that enriches your life and others, then that's great.

It is my contention that the Christian religion (and specifically following Christ) is guaranteed to cause conflict, wars and ill will.As proof - I cite the last 1800 years - including the hubpages forums as evidence. Not only are these forums littered with arguments between atheists and believers,...

Why are so many people afraid of the Christian religion?Jesus teaches love and compassion. Christianity teaches the Ten Commandments. So what is so frightening about the Christian religion that makes people attack those who believe? Is it the pagan level of society today? Is...

RELIGION VS THE BIBLE.This is a striking subject as it has being somehow controversal in all ages regarding it's relationship with the Bible. Anyway, I know Religion could be man made in nature as it is widely claimed to be related to God and deities. What is Religion all about and it's realities...

ARE so many people, in fact, afraid of the Christian religion?
