How best should a believer speak if he is broke?

There were two believers who argued on whether it is better to speak by faith or speak by empowerment. For instance, how best should a believer speak if he is broke?
Believer A: I am very rich right now
Believer B: I am broke now but I am sure God will provide very soon
On whose side are you? Let’s know why you agree with A or B.

He/she should speak according to the Scriptures.  Even if one were to say, "I am broke"...it should be followed up with a "but".  "I am broke, but God says He is going to supply all my needs." Phil. 4:19

Personally, I have a hard time speaking anything negative over my life.  It's not that I don't do it, but I have a hard time doing it.  It leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I do and a feeling of being punched in the gut because I know I shall reap what I sow, even what I sow into my own life with my own words.  I'd rather take a butt whipping than say "I'm broke".  Even if it were factual, I'd still have to make sure to acknowledge the truth that God was not going to leave me in financial lack.
