You should have made a hub out of this. You havbe enough words too.
It is the inspired Word of God to mankind. Shall I say, A letter from God to his people...which includes his Will, Directions, Plans, Thoughts, etc. Godly & Anointed men were inspired by God...All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16
I can only draw a conclusion that you brought conjectured scripture to this topic.
The BIBLE is a book. It was created by Humankind. The BIBLE isn't as old as Humankind. That in and of itself, makes the BOOK itself, deemed useless. Only ignorance would allow you to believe otherwise.
The tool of the prince of darkness, ay which he seeks to deceive the children of God. And by which he succeeded in deceiving the entire world.
I believe that the bible also says that the beast is going to do that.
Now that is good!!!
When you can write a book telling everyone that you are going to do them wrong and you are still able to do it.
How blind does he think that we are??
I guess he had it figured out pretty close to right.
He's getting away with it.
You do realize, ANYONE can make something from nothing, as you have with your statement.
Bulls!!t Interpretations Baffling Loving Earthlings!!
See?
You can usually tell what a person thinks of themselves by the way that they talk to others.
I hear a lot of
Bull sh-t
fool
Ignorant etc. etc. coming out of your mouth.
I wish you wouldn't be disrespecting yourself like that.
Those thoughts that you have recieve their power from the words that your mind hears coming out of your mouth.
Your words are creating the person that you become.
You deserve more than that.
Obviously, you don't understand Life. So, before you try using subjective bias uninformed statements like you have....I think you need to go back to school. But, thanks for your input.

BIBLE is a book last I knew. What you take from it is your own thing. Just passing through; I noticed no one stocked the bowls with Cheetos.
There is NO such thing as a "Holy" book. Religion gave you the IDEA of GOD, for which, you wouldn't know it, he, she, him, her or whatever else ever existed.
So, before you call it a "HOLY" book. Think about what you're saying. People try to say GOD and Religion are TWO separate things, and the truth is they are not.
Religion GAVE you the concept "GOD". If you disregard the source that gave you the idea, then you also reject the idea from being real.
Please, no offense PDH, but many people don't use their brain enough.
I wouldn't have taken offense to that either.
oh CAGS, I used my brain often....I studied philosophy for four years and it is really easier to falsify in ontological way that there is no GOD, but I always felt it in my heart that there is GOD....and yes every question is valid...thats why the question, what is bible is valid...
some things cant just be explained by scientific things and experiential or phenomenology
some things cant just be explained by scientific things and experiential or phenomenology, I agree with that statement

Pile of crap really. You can find there a few jems if you dig long enough, but the same jems are readily available elsewhere without the risk of getting drowned in a crap swamp.
The absence of scientific proof of everything scares some people. I'm just saying.....

People, please stop using the question section to post. I hate leaving comments on questions because people take advantage of the one response rule to take a shot at the previous comments. This forum is inspired by a recent comment I left on a question, "How do Christians know the Bible is the...

I have enjoyed many "debates" with folks here on the Hub, but in the long run, its seems those that believe still believe and those that don't still don't. Why is this?Could it be, Christians, that we allow the nay-sayers to have their say while we are trying to not be...

Karen King, an expert in the history of Christianity, said the text contains a dialogue in which Jesus refers to "my wife," whom he identifies as Mary. King says the fragment of Coptic script is a copy of a gospel, probably written in Greek in the second century named Gospel of Jesus's...

Why do Christians get so bent out of shape when you tell them the bible is just a book? Many versions of this text are different, book order different, passages missing, especially ones referring to the so-called resurrection (not found in the older bibles.) The books are clearly written by...

A prominent believer on Hub Pages has told me that there are certain things you have to believe; in order to be called a Christian. I told him that wasn’t so, that Christians had differences of opinions. He basically said no, you all had to agree on certain things. I would like to know how all...

A little background history; The Book of Wisdom was written approx. 100 yrs., before the coming of Christ. Its author was a member of the Jewish community at Alexandria, Egypt. He wrote in Greek, in a style patterned on that of Solomon, placing his wisdom in a Hebrew verse writing...
