To non-traditionalist believers out there i.e. Nones, Wiccans, Buddhists, Pagans, New Agers,
Non-denominational, and others of a metaphysical bent, do you strongly contend that heaven and hell is a rudimentary, elementary way to explain the higher and lower astral realms?
I do, yes. But I also believe it is a way to explain the presence of good and bad and how both must be equal to maintain balance in this world since there can not be one without the other. I hope that made sense.
Not really, no. There's too much Christian dogma attached to the concepts of Heaven as a place of reward and Hell as a place of punishment. In that idea, Heaven and Hell are more a state of mind than anything else.
Higher vibrational realms house non-human entities of both good and bad alignment, lower realms like the physical plane and underworld are not necessarily evil or less than.
