   I think compared to the other inhabitants of planet earth, we are rather god-like but far more like Greco-Roman style gods, full of failings with a sadist love of doing harm, than the God of Love from the new testament. Until we can be decent shepherds of the animal kingdom, we don't deserve more responsibility.

   Where did we get so off track I ask. But then I see where we were 2,000 years ago and even 70 years ago and I realize we are just on the slow track. I think that spiritual people are leaving churches in search of self realization and joining churches because of self realization. There is a space that is fully attainable that recognizes the special something in side of us that makes us godlike. Those of us who espouse that love is God and God is love and it exists in all of us, are no longer generally made mockery of. It is nice to crawl out of the foxhole and walk with others.
   Of course it takes no great genius to banter about scripture that upholds this truth. You did it without effort.
   Some people have this great mystery about the Holy Spirit. To me it is not mysterious at all, it is that part of me that is that part of everyone - love. And love is Godly.
   Last I tried I cannot fly. I cannot change water into wine and I cannot heal the sick. But by golly jingles I truly believe that is because I have mentally blocked those abilities. That blocking has predetermined my godlike abilities into a nothingness. But someday I may just get there. And maybe that will require physical death.

   According to Buddhism, gods, demon, ghosts are all souls. Souls with better Karma became gods, souls with worse karma become demons. Souls reincarnate 24/7.
   
   Gods usually don't need to reincarnate, they remain as extremely powerful souls until they use up all of their good karma and then they become ordinary souls again and must reincarnate. Gods are usually good and wise, but not necessary, because sometime evil souls might still get lucky and get the require amount of good karma to become a god.
   
   Base on this Buddhist idea, Christ is actually an evil god, for example the Bible teaches
   
   Deuteronomy 17:2-5
   “If there is found among you, within any of your towns that the Lord your God is giving you, a man or woman who does what is evil in the sight of the Lord your God, in transgressing his covenant, and has gone and served other gods and worshiped them, or the sun or the moon or any of the host of heaven, which I have forbidden, and it is told you and you hear of it, then you shall inquire diligently, and if it is true and certain that such an abomination has been done in Israel, then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has done this evil thing, and you shall stone that man or woman to death with stones.
   
   Thus prove, Christ is an evil god. As for the claim such as Christ is the father and creator.  Well...can you believe the word of an evil god? I mean this is the same son of a bitch, that say the earth is only 5000 years old
