How did my hub on the Apologetics of Francis Schaeffer all of a sudden receive 465 hits in one day?

If you look at that hub page, at top, click on stats, click on referrers, then under TOP TRAFFIC SOURCES pick Day and you'll see where the hits are coming from.

Someone could have liked it on SU (stumble upon) or some other website  network might have run with it.

It's happened to me too with stumble upon.

On the other hand "Apologetics of Francis Schaeffer" doesn't sound like something people would fly with.

i think it is a glitch, I had 300 hits for 2 days last month. I noticed that that particular hub is related to St patricks day but it was December. Doesn't link right? It is glitch

Unless you been doing a lot of social media advertising I am going to say it was indexed in a search engine. And it was given a high ranking. google analytics will tell you about views and where they came from, The source of referral is what you are looking for.  Good luck...
