Belief in something beyond the physical world, affecting us and the world, but without the formal doctrine and rituals of religion.
This question comes up from time to time in various ways.
I can only give you my version which I have done here a few times. Perhaps we can change the approach, why don't we say that it is the silent 'Voice' inside which prompted you to ask the question? The 'Thing' that governs your life?
Spirituality - loosely speaking - is the science that teaches us how to know God; how to be truly happy as without knowing our true Source, happiness will always elude us.
