    What is Reality?

Reality is the present. Don't go looking for it though because it is already gone. When discussing the past or the future, many things can be added to or subtracted from the story and many people will still consider it reality, but it is not. Even if you tell a story from your past exactly as it happened, it still can't be considered reality as you might remember the moment differently or are looking at it from a biased standpoint.

For example, would you consider space and planets such as Mars and Venus a reality? You shouldn't. Because they are just words and concepts. They are basically ideas and cannot be included in reality. If an astronaut was there, walking on Mars, then it would be included in his reality but should not be included in yours. This concept has escaped many people today. They feel that stories told on the news or scientific stories told by NASA, are in fact reality. This presents a scary situation for humans who could easily start accepting things told to them as reality, when they are just stories. If I told you I saw a dragon on my way home from work today... does that make it reality? Well, of course not. Much the same as those who tell us they orbit the earth in a space station.

Only when you have multiple sources of info and none of those sources know of each other, should you take outside info into your idea of reality. For example, Australia is a reality to me but I have never been there. However, I have seen photos, my mother has been, my friend has been and I have seen many other accounts of its existence. So, I do include it in my reality. By only allowing things that fit this formula to be added to your idea of reality, you will have a much better idea of what reality is. It is the present and only what you have allowed to be called reality. Many people, media outlets and Government agencies will try and add things to your idea of reality and if we are not capable of investigating those things first, we are all quite liable to end up with a very agenda driven and skewed version of reality in our heads.

      Thank you

This mind is like a tape recorder it does not matter what it records it just records and will replay according as what is real whereas it is a past , I added up from you to act on what you know only.

I think reality is all that we experience and more. There is still much out there that we do not yet know about, not yet uncovered. Some may say that there exist different kinds of, or separate realities, and that makes sense. But I like to think that it all is one reality with many layers. It is through imagination and creativity, that we get an inkling to those other layers, tools often used by scientists and philosophers alike in their explorations.

Everything. If you do not exist, then nothing does. If you do, then everything does. There is only NOW, the Sacrament of the Present Moment; The Here and Now. Leave life in the Eternal Now. Do not think of the past or future. Now is all you've got.

Reality is Consciousness; Reality is the Absolute Supreme. Life Itself is that stillness in motion and dream or illusion, is a part of this. Nothing comes from an empty void. All is HERE and all is real. Much Love.
