I am dealing with it. Not doing too bad with that really. smoking less, less coffe, better diet, more exercise. Dealing with stress a little better without meds.

Blindness will be a real challenge. I have heard that Divine Mother only gives you what you can handle. You will be able to deal with it and it will make you stronger in awareness. You mustn't give in to negativity. This is the true challenge. Stay positive no matter what. How? Calmness.
Did you ask for advice. No you did not. Therefore, let me restate: This is how I would deal with it.
Nice music video/light show, Moody Blues.
Learn to play piano or a musical instrument! Do it now while you can still see.
Color the notes according to A violet, B magenta, C red, E yellow, F green G blue. Or just learn to play by ear.

We are ALL gonna leave the earth plane, eventually. You gotta enjoy it while you are here, with whatever troubles, any way possible.

Dear lovetherain: How's it going with your third chakra work? Good, I hope. The problem with balancing the third chakra: You become confident in your power as you cultivate it and others interpret it as arrogance. Ya can't win. Just ignore them, I say.

My neighbor, a smoker, had a bad dream about nodules on her lungs. She quit smoking the next day. She left her last pack of cigarettes in a drawer and never touched 'em again. Did this take will power?
              No. Fear.
Then, 15 years later, she developed lung problems and required an oxygen tank/mask. Recently, the doctors discovered a sac on her lungs filled with fluid which harbored mold and, of course, shortly afterwards she passed away.
I say this to cause you to be afraid to keep smoking.
              Is it rude?
              Just trying to help.

How come my trying to help never seems helpful, I wonder.

You should tell us if too much computer use / eye strain has weakened your eyes. I am convinced, if I never took to writing on the computer, I would not have developed the cataracts I now have. I did not have 'em before I got my Mac PC in 2011! I wonder if replacing the natural lenses to get rid of cataracts with artificial ones causes macular degeneration. If we find out that all this screen technology is causing blindness, we will become MUCH more careful.

      Won't we?

i got cataracts about seven or eight years ago. One was so bad my pupil was white. the other eye i was nearly blind as well. I was legally blind for several months. It happened super quick, from the time i noticed blurriness, to the time i was legally blind and couldn't see squat, was like two months. it really sucked. i got surgery on both eyes. I am grateful i was able to get the surgery for free, as i didn't have money or insurance. Now i have a secondary cataract, which i will have laser surgery on this year probably. I am waiting on that because i am saving money for the initial eye appointment, because im not sure my insurance I have now will cover it.

do you have plans for surgery?

goodness no. My doctors said, " I see 'em in there." So I haven't gone back. I'm a head in the sand kind of a person when it comes to medical issues.
Very scary, if you ask me. I'm glad you were brave enough to get your vision back. Congratulations. I hope your second surgery goes well. It has to.
Yes. You need to eat good and get and stay very Yang. (alkaline bloodstream)

No sugar, no bread, no fruit. Veggies, grains and legumes. Matcha tea, Bancha tea and salt plums/paste. Less dairy and more green foods of all types.

You will start to feel really good if you eat these things and cut out all processed, sweetened junk foods.

My weakness is chips. Will power to cut them out is not much.  I don't really believe they are that bad for you. My dentist thinks otherwise.

as long as you can see well enough, I wouldn't get surgery. They do it while youre awake, which sucks (the sedative didn't work while i was having the second surgery so I just kind of had to deal with it the whole time.

              did it hurt?
I don't have any symptoms! I actually don't even believe the eye doctor.
But I was a life guard/swimming teacher until about 58yrs old so I have been in the sun all my life. I just found out I should be wearing sun glasses. So, why would a computer screen not be damaging? I suppose I should be wearing sunglasses when on it. Like now.

the surgery didn't hurt. the shots in the cheek beforehand did. I don't want to scare you away, but the whole experience DID suck . I would do it again though, in order to see.

it was AWESOME. I could see clearly right away, and everything was really bright. Now I can read without glasses, when I couldn't most of my life. I still have glasses for distance, but I rarely wear them.
