I have a major Philosophy exam on Friday which could decide my entire life story from this moment on depending on how I do in it.
I am terrified...
If it goes well then in 43 months time I will be in Alaska with a comfy publishing job. If not then I may be working at McDonalds this time next year haha.
Wish me luck.
Despite the following:
- 43 months = more than 3.5 years, and that's a lot of time;
- passing an exam can never decide your whole life, it can only change the direction;
- Alaska is cold,
still wish you the best
What an odd paradox...well, go with what your heart makes you happiest and I do wish you all the best!
Good luck and sit down and study. Get up only when you have to eat, drink and go to the bathroom. In your time of pause think: ''Alaska, get ready, here I cooooome!!!!''
Wow Andrew go sock it to them. God you are one heck of a smart cookie, I reckon you will sail through it with ease.
Can you specify which category in philosophy, if its religious I will send you my book it will surely help you.
You have obviously prepared ... dont worry, relax and enjoy... you can do no more and let me leave this with you...
'there is one way to make God laugh... Answer?
Tell him your plans!'
Life's mystery can lead to all sorts of adventures... the exciting bit is, you just don't know what is around the corner!
Take the challenge.. love life and LIVE IT! x
Good Luck with the exam on Friday! Stay focused and all should go well!
Do you want us to pray for you ?
Do you want the Gods to watch over your exam ?
Do you want to repent of something ?
Are you looking for library rankings ?
This is the religion forum ! Where everything comes true ! Where everything is possible !
Haha, I posted it in a religion forum because the exam is about God - not for any of the above reasons
I suppose I could have put it in education but y'know me
Trust you Tant
Good luck, and may Tehuti (Thoth), Lord of Wisdom and Words inspire you (if you want Him to)
Good luck man.. Although if you had a pair of t*ts you'd be more likely to pass your exam
all the best!
Good luck, no it's hard but breathe, and you will do good!!! Best of luck to you!
You'll make it, dude. Just picture the professor in his/her/its underwear....
Oh. Wait. That's for stage fright. Sorry!
Seriously, good luck, and may the blessings be. The only students who've never sweated a final are the Animal House types who didn't care.
Best of luck to you! Stay positive and try to relax. No matter what happens, it's not the end of the world.
You'll be fine, good luck with the exam I'm sure you'll pass.
Don't worry about flipping burgers in McDonalds though, you could have an interesting Ethics discussion on hedonism with your regular diners :-)

I go into surgery tomorrow, they are going to rebuild my right eardrum. The doctors couldn't really tell me how long it is going to be before I can function properly again, possibly up to a month - maybe more.I will be back on Hubpages as soon as I can function effectively enough again, although...

My presence on the boards may be spotty for the next month starting sometime tomorrow or Sunday. (Not sure because my daughter is pretty sick right now from an infection from the C-section, so our departure may be delayed...) They airlifted my 11 day old grandbaby to Philly today to the only center...

Okay, I MIGHT be an overindulgent parent. When my daughter was first born- two and a half years ago- I let her sleep with us because nursing was more convenient (As were every 3 minute checks to make sure she was still breathing) When it became obvious that her place between me an my husband...
