Trusting God and still questioning

As a Believer, I do trust Allah and His Plans. We (the believers)  always state that we believe in God and His plans. But then why do we question or use if and buts if, we find ourselves in a circumstance for which we are completely unprepared? What motivates us to complain/worry about things? Is it because our faith isn't very strong, or is it because we have a human psychology that allows us to accept things after sometime? Because we eventually accept and trust His plans.

    What are your thoughts?

      1. The soul is in separation from its Source and longs to go back.
      2. It is here in this field of challenges for experience, without which it cannot grow. We are souls, not bodies and as such immortal.
      3. Christianity speaks of 7 deadly sins and Yoga of 5 cardinal vices. They are within us and very similar. We can call them Ignorance or Naffs, Makes no difference. They are our imperfections, bondages, attachments, limitations ... what makes us human.

      4. Buddha said that suffering is as a result of desire/cravings, etc. If we an not attached, then we will not be unhappy. We take the ephemeral to be real and lasting, but only Love is eternal.
      5. Now for the 5 cardinal vices that make us human: ego, anger, attachments, lust/passion, greed plus their by-products of loneliness, fear, etc
      6. I said that we are in separation from the Beloved and these trials are necessary to find our way back. All Seers go though what you and I experience. One do not jump in the spiritual life, yet the right Master, can speed up our progress.
      7. East, West, make the same mistake. We hear God or Allah or even Heaven (Jannah), and we somehow think of a static God. We fail to understand the meaning that Spirit (Consciousness) is all wise, all powerful and everywhere, ever-transcending...evolving.

      8. When we can see Spirit as everywhere and in all things including us ... when we can see Divine Intelligence as us in the finite and the same Absolute in the infinite, then everything will make sense. Alas! The veil can only be removed when we are ready for this experience. The Absolute itself, has made it so.

Meanwhile, some suffer like lost sheep without a shepherd using lip-service and book knowledge instead of actions of virtue, to stay alive.

Thank you very much, bro, for such a thorough and intriguing response. “Some people suffer like lost sheep......to stay alive,” I agree with your last statement. In my case, I believe I ask questions in order to gain knowledge. You are extremely fortunate to be able to readily answer such queries. May God continue to shower you with His endless blessings. Amen!

I am continuously on the search for knowledge and pray to God to guide me in the right direction and grant me knowledge so that I can spread and share it, but I do not need to seek such knowledge that makes me proud. As a result, I ask questions in order to learn from others and to see how my knowledge and beliefs differ from those of others.

However, your points 6 and 7 are really intriguing. “The veil can only be removed when we are ready for this experience,” you said that in point no. 8. I completely agree. But why aren't we prepared? Are we content to exist in a world of illusions and dreams rather than a world of consciousness?

        Blessings and Peace always

You are asking a transcendental question, in the sense that we cannot move without struggle. If we were all God-souls, there would be no game and life itself is a divine game of Spirit.

Viewed from my perspective, you are actually doing extremely well, but we cannot move faster than Grace  and yes, there's a God-hour. We must be born again. That which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of inner awareness, of Spirit, is something else.

I struggle just like you, yet I see everything in the Light of Love. Whatever is happening is happening as ordained and I'm a part of this miracle. Pray for the wisdom to see it in this Light and yes, wait. Patience is necessary. We cannot force God's Hour. Love you, mi Habibi. Once again, so sorry about recent events.

Exactamente Bro, all is His Will. You have a beautiful Spirit. As you said to me once before, the inner joy comes only from our total surrender to the inner pilot, The Master, The GOD. So we just need to surrender.

God Bless you. Jazak Allahu Khairan!
            Blessings always

Yes, yes. Frankly, even Faith is an act of Grace. All you see and don't see, is a projection of the Absolute Consciousness. We are all one!  Wa iyakki

I think it's because we are human.
We like to know the answers.  We want to take control of the situation instead of waiting for the answers to come to us.

I know I often struggle.  I try to handle everything on my own while I know that I honestly cannot.

My faith is still strong, but I am weak.
    Merely a human.

So it's human psychology to want to know the answers, and yes, I too believe that we can't handle or deal with the situation on our own, so it’s our faith that prepares us to be patient and trust God.
      Blessings to you, Bredz.
