Just keep reading the bible, eventually you will get bored and fall asleep. It used to happen to me in church all the time. I hear reading the Bible before bedtime helps people with insomnia.

I am one of the MANY people afflicted by insomnia~~ My brain just won't shut down when it's "supposed" to... Perhaps I am a vampire and just don't realize it yet :-)!!! If you have the same problem, have you found a solution or anything that helps on those sleepless nights??

I can't sleep as much as I think I should because of AbilifyI'm on abilify and I can't get more than 6-8 hours of sleep at night..I get tired and I can't take a nap, is this ok?
