      Heaven and hell are concepts that denote achieving the purpose of life as set by the Creator God for man; if one achieves it, it heaven; if one does not achieve it, it is hell.
      
      The Creator God has bestowed us life with a purpose; so He rules.

         Again, what Heaven?
         
         Explain where Heaven/Hell is?
         Explain what Heaven/Hell is?
         Explain how Heaven/Hell exists without sight?
         Explain why Heaven/Hell would exist to begin with?
         Explain when Heaven/Hell came into existence?
         
         Maybe you can explain everything above and I'm sure you cannot, but whether or not you can, we'll see if it is or would be rational or logical? It remains to be seen?
         
         I can explain them as a "metaphor", based on Jesus' teachings from Christianity's religion, without the religious junk.
         
         Heaven IS Earth. Earth is truly in the description, if you wanted to use "Heavenly", as a word. The World itself is awe inspiring. It's the people who do the damage.
         
         As for Hell? Any other stasis of not living is hell.
         
         I hope you have a better explanation than mine. But, we'll see.
