I just thought I would create this idiotic religion title to go along with some of the other idiotic religion titles that I keep seeing here. Also, this idiotic religion title can be used to keep the aforementioned other idiotic religion titles company. smile

Feel free to post your original, religion-related thoughts and quotes here. smile

I always believed it was Moses that did the grabbing, because that's what god said.

Your post has caused me to think of an even worse second topic title. However, I will save it for the time being. big_smile

paradigmsearch, are you on a quest to rid the world of religion as Richard Dawkins says he is on? Which religion by the way? Moses is linked to at least three that I know of, I'm no expert or anything but at least three.

Not at all. That would be a hopeless task anyway. smile

Also, many of the religion threads here are not that bad. smile

Is that sarcasim? lol I didn't know about him until two weeks ago, I've been reading and watching interviews with him and look to get that book next. I do believe in God but am always interested with what others think.

          Nope, wasn't sarcasm. smile

I had heard of Humanists before. So far, I am fine with them. I might even join them someday. Not sure. I'd have to do a lot more research first. smile

I briefly thought of doing a hub on him, but you-know-who has that locked up. As usual... smile

He is an interesting fellow for sure, I watched him do all those bits on youtube with religious leaders but I was shocked with the one on Ted Haggard. I thought he came out alittle aggressive with him, I wasn't used to seeing him like that. Usually from what I have seen Dawkins, though quite forward, isn't offensive. Anyways, he's an intimidating guy in my opinion lol I wouldn't want to have a battle of wits with him although I would love to have a cup of coffee and have a conversation and pick his brain a bit! big_smile
