On September 9, 2011, Congressman Tom Petri (R-WI) donated blood at a drive organized by Muslims for Life to benefit 9/11 victims. "I was asked to do this by some of my constituents, and I'm happy to do it. Giving blood helps people, and this particular drive is dedicated to honoring the victims of 9/11," said Petri.

A MAN did. He just happened to be a muslim.
I don't see people making some big deal about Christians donating blood.
It has nothing to do with it, if they are Atheist, Muslim, Christian or anything else.
Are you trying to somehow glorify his actions as though it was something special, because of his religion?
