Would you travel to the moon in a shuttle if you were given a free ticket to ride?

Seriously, would you sign a paper showing that you were aware of the dangers but wanted to go anyway?

Yeah. I'm applying for Lunar to harvest the sun's energy via moon rocks. I heard rumors about illegal cloning -- but it's a just rumor.

No. I am horrified by hights. Worry would dig into my stomach and eat at me. Also I would mourn seeing anything green. Missing people would be my worst fear. After being mostly alone all through high school, I wouldn't be able to handle it again.

When I was younger, I would have.  But...being older, I am very safety conscious and am so aware of the dangers.  I will never forget Christa McAuliffe's daughter being interviewed before her mother went on the space shuttle.  She must have been 5 and her response to the news person was, "I don't want her to go."

I will give my ticket to someone who is braver than me.

Hahaha I like Yiasa's answer! smile No i wouldn't go to the moon not even for a free ride. Seems pointless, there's nothing to do there.

Would love to go. But when we get there what happens then?! Can we come back or do we just stay there?

I hope one day all those who want to have the chance to travel to other celestial bodies and even the stars.
