As a lot of us saw this past 2012 NFL Season, the Redskins, Colts, and Seahawks had some of the best turnarounds with rookie quarterbacks under center. This up coming 2013 NFL season, what team or teams will turn it around from 2012?
There doesn't appear to be any Luck in this year's draft. Or RGIII or Russell Wilson, either. Therefore I don't see one player out there that is going to turn around a team.
The Giants and Steelers barely missed the playoffs this season, which is not likely to be repeated, because they have most of the pieces in place. The Rams look like a team to me that is on the rise.
Johnny Football, the Heisman out of A & M has a lot of potential, but I agree with BGJ, there isnt a RGIII or Luck coming out of the draft. I like the Cleveland Browns to improve, there defense and running game have drastically improved and I think they will rise next season.

Which NFL team will be the most improved in 2013?The Kansas City Chiefs were 2-14 last year. In the off season they have added new coach Andy Reid, QB Alex Smith, CB Sean Smith, OG Geoff Schwartz, and TE Anthony Fasano, These additions should help them be much more competitive.
