What is the best at home gym equipment for women to have total body toning?

I am a 24 year old woman, not over weight just wanting to tone. I am looking at the Gold's Gym XR45 Home Gym. Any thoughts?

The best and cheapest thing for a nice looking body is to watch your diet and have some easy exercises every day, some stretching, running and if you can some swimming.

    No need for expensive stuff.

    I second sportgames reply.

Morning 1 hour external workout - walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming or skipping.

    Normal, controlled diet.

    Evening - 30 - 60 minutes workout - same as the above.

    Will be more than enough.

Also better to go for a local gym on membership (where you have access to different equipments) rather investing on one equipment.

There's so much you could do at home with toning (without machines). I had a personal trainer when I started the gym who taught me loads of exercises for home. I now do all my cardio at the gym, and most of my toning at home (as I sometimes get embarrased at what positions I get in) if you need advice for some just ask as I don't want to drone on If you don't need me to :p
