I loved watching Franco Harris, Tony Dorsett and other great running backs but I think I'd pick the punishing Jim Brown. His 5.2 yards per carry and 9 Pro Bowls set him apart. He averaged 100 yards per game. He led the league 5 times in all purpose yards, and was fantastic out of the backfield. He only played 9 years but accomplished so much.

Not O.J., since he's in prison.

Yo Adrian. Yeah, I'd have to take him after this last season he had.

Franco Harris is a good choice because he was clutch. Talk about an Immaculate Reception.

I like Marshall Faulk.  In these pass-heavy times you ought to have a back that can catch the ball.  Faulk once had 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards receiving in the same year.  Backs might be overrated though.  Can anyone name all the different leading rushers have the Patriots have had during the Tom Brady years?

I'd definitely go with the guy you have in the picture there. The guy revolutionized the position and was a terrific all around player.
