Are you anxious for spring to get here?

My favorite season has always been summer, but I can't deny the anticipation of spring.  I am patiently waiting for the weather to stay warmer, and the flowers to bloom.  The days seem more cheerful when the sun is shining down on me.

No, the cold doesn't bother me.  The only reason that I would wait for spring, is baseball season.  Let spring come when it is ready.

Not really, our weather is perfect now; however, I would add (for perspective) that our weather is ideal primarily during the months of October, November, (sometimes December), January, February, aand March (with a few exceptions)...

      Where do you live?  Florida?

      Yes, you have discerned correctly...

Thanks, and actually, I would rather live where I do, than Florida.  It's probably pretty nice, but I know the trouble of where I live much better than I know the troubles of Florida.

Ah yes indeed, a wise statement to make; however, if one does not confront the unknown what does one profit?

You do make a good point.  However, why would you move somewhere for no reason?

If one confronts the unknown one is not moving for no reason.

Yes, but wasting money on the move, not having a job there, and not knowing what you are coming to, all together make it foolish to just pick up, and move for no reason.

In western PA where I live, there still is a little bit of snow in patches on the ground. I was just thinking this morning that I'm going to have to make sure the lawn tractor, mower, and weed eater are in working order. Of course, we could get another big snow storm or two. Or it could get real nice and the grass might need to be cut in a month or so.

I'll vote for spring over winter. I feel more like drinking beer when I'm cutting grass as opposed to shoveling snow.

I actually like to shovel snow.  The funny thing is, this winter we have had some of the most days with some snow accumulation, yet we haven't gotten a whole lot of total inches.

Come over to my house the next time it snows. Just don't be wearing that Flyers jersey.

How about the time when we got two 2 foot snows in a short amount of time?  It's all about prospective any way.  Try living in upstate New York, and you will run back to Pittsburgh to shovel your snow.

I dream of spring and our vacation coming up in April... not to mention, we're forecasted to get another 6-12+ inches of snow in the morning.

Oh yes! I adore late spring when everything is in bloom and the air is warm! It's time to set up the deck and plant flowers. The crickets and tree frogs sing in the night and you actuallly see your neighbors again!!! The gold finches get their vibrant color back and the bbq is back in use full time.....I love spring!!!
