What is the best way to increase stamina when it comes to cycling?
What foods should one have and which foods should one avoid? And any other warm exercises a person should do before putting foot on the peday?
To increase stamina in cycling - do more cycling! Do sprints and heavy hill climbs. Also, you could attend a spinning class at your local gym. All the cyclists I know do that over the winter. To warm up, they do slow cycling for 5 minutes then a gradual increase in speed. Vary your speed and vary the effort, include hills as well as flats.
