I think that to the Patriots, this is going to be a statement game. Losing to the Saints was a wake-up call and their ability to rebound from their loss or lack there of, will define them as competitive, playoff-bound team, depending on the outcome. On the other hand, the Dolphins still have a shot at the playoffs if they can stave off the Pats.
Prediction: Pats 21 Dolphins 20
Brady in Co. will have their hands full...You gotta love divisional games late in the year.
Im with dohn on this one (wait I always am with dohn on his picks:)
And already the Pats first drive allit took was 6 plays before Brady shot off a 58 yard pass to Moss for their first score. Only thing I may disagree with dohn here is that I dont think the score is going to be so close.
But Im rooting for the fins....
rooting for the Dolphins but a little worried. Still licking wounds from gators vs alabama game
Hmmmmm although that Patriots pic is looking good I am still going to have to go for my team the Dolphins lol
One more Dolphin touchdown and I'll be correct in my prediction I stand firm: Pats 21 Fins 20...Interestingly enough, if the Fins do score TD late, they'll go for two to go for the tie.
What didn't the Fins go for the extra point? You should only go for two when you have to! They still do have a shot...The Dolphins defense is keeping them in the game, but Welker's impossible to cover.
steelers will lose again I will write again or drink beer now,
Despite the loss to Miami, I still think New ENgland wins the division. And once the Pats make it into the playoffs, well we all know their track record there right? Things might start falling into place in late December for them.
While winning the division was once a certainly for the Pats . . if they keep up what they have been doing in the last couple of weeks and dont straighten themselves out they just might find themselves fighting just to be a potential wild card team.
Just maybe the Pats caught the same infection that the Giants had for a few weeks. And December is not the time to be infected:)
