Which is the worse New York Team? The Knicks or the Nets?
Both the New York Knicks & the Brooklyn Nets were suppose to be title contenders this season, but both are at the bottom of the eastern conference, battling for worst record.
Right now? The Nets. The Knicks rely mostly on Carmelo Anthony to be the star, since Stoudemire has rarely been a factor for them, and Chandler is injured. They do have a nice supporting cast (with Shumpert, J.R. Smith, Felton, Bargnani, etc.) and should be doing better, but it's not the same with Brooklyn.
The Nets are the highest paid team in the NBA, they came with high expectations and much boasting. Sure, Williams is injured, but they still have Pierce, Garnett, Johnson, Kirilenko, Lopez, etc. They should be doing way better.
I don't think the Nets can be taken seriously until their next uniform change. The New York Nets of the ABA had great uniforms. It was like the Harlem Globetrotters merged with the Philadelphia 76ers. But black and white uniforms belong to the era of black and white television. It just smacks of a bare bones operation. The quality of your team will fluctuate but good uniforms could be there to stay. I think Brooklyn ought to go retro.
The New York nicks are worse because the don't have a very good center right now or should I say " A center who is beter than the ones Nets have" and New York has one pure shooter but Nets in the other has more than two also Nets has a better point guard in Jwill and J T. I mean, it's still basketball people on any giving night the NY Nicks can blow out B Nets but on paper "on record" the New Jersey Nets are beter hands down.
My husband knows this: The Nets are worse but they really are both not very good he said. He knows sports and watches it every day.
In the rankings right now the Brooklyn Nets are 7-14 and the New York Knicks are 6-15. Both teams have a lot of work to do if they want to be in the playoffs. The chances are, the Nets will have a better year than the Knicks. Deron Williams, the Nets' star Point Guard, is back and better than ever. Using him their team should be more of a competition than the Knicks who rely on Anthony to have a good game every game.

Web-site/URL: http://www.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entr … 3/26323465So Anthony doesn't want to be with Denver, a perennial playoff team even though they're offering $65 million over 3 years? That's $21 million/a year...on a playoff team. Instead he wants to go to the NEW JERSEY NETS? Talk...

This thread is about the Build Back Better bill, not the infrastructure bill. The Democrats have described Joe Biden’s Build Back Better (BBB) plan as a vast expansion of the social safety net. Is not a safety net employed to catch you are falling? This kind of thought in my...

Just heard something shocking. The Yankees have still won more games this November than the Jets, Giants and Knicks combined.Think that lead will hold?

Although they literally had to give up half their roster to get him, what are your thoughts on this? Good move? Bad move? or what?

What's more surprising, The Los Angeles Lakers starting 1-4 or the New York Knicks starting 4-0?

As some of you may know, Phil Jackson was recently announced to be the new President of Basketball Operations for the New York Knicks. Take in mind, he's NOT coaching the team, and Phil doesn't exactly have much experience in an executive job for any nba team, so what are you're...
