What is anti-ageing Technique?

Anti-Ageing is a process that works towards preventing retarding or reversing the effects of changes a human body exhibits as you are growing older each year.

The process also helps you to attain longevity and healthier body. Researches in anti-ageing process helps in curing age related problems like sagging skin, pigmentation, wrinkles, patches, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease etc.

The Term ‘Anti-Ageing’ has made a huge marketplace in recent years… As a result many companies introduced anti-ageing products. Without knowing proper techniques and techniques people storming in to shop to buy these products and they also thinks that’s taking expensive treatments and consulting skin care doctors are the only solution for the ageing problems. But real thing is that these anti-ageing processes make you young for that particular using time and will not last too long.

The category of marketplace is wide and includes diet and nutrition, proper skin care, physical fitness, vitamins and supplements and different types of herbs. There are several thing that you can do in order to look younger like doing some special exercises, including a simple diet routine and using some home made tips. Honey is extremely nourishing for the skin. It can be used as a face pack. It also helps in rejuvenating the skin leading to the elimination of fine wrinkles.Cinnamon is a common kitchen ingredient and has a good cosmetic value as it stimulates the skin and warms the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1tspn Honey
  • 1 cup water
  • a pinch cinnamon powder.

Preparation:

  1. Boil honey and water with cinnamon powder.

Drink this concoction at least once a day will helps your skin smooth and wrinkle free...

Olive oil:

Several researches and experiments have concluded that the good fats (mono saturated) present in olive oil decreases the rate of heart diseases to great extent.

Olive oil is rich in polyphenols, the powerful antioxidants that help preventing age related problems. Using olive oil regularly in daily diet and applying it directly on the skin helps keeping wrinkles at bay.

Chocolates:

Many of us think that eating chocolate will cause nuisance to the body, but studies have proved that dark chocolates contains a good amount of antioxidants and flavanols. These helps to preserve the healthy function of the body’s blood vessels and keep the skin look younger and supple.

Nuts:

Including nuts in your daily diet is very important. Nuts contain a lot of unsaturated fats. This helps the skin at its healthiest state.

Yogurt:

Yogurt is high in calcium and contains friendly bacteria which help to cleanse the skin internally.

Honey and Cinnamon:

      Very useful article. I'll vote for nuts, yogurt and juice (fresh fruit juices) since these are the three among the rest mentioned that are commonly present in our house. Chocolate, sometimes! Same with honey and cinnamon...too sweet! Olive oil? Not generally available around our place!

      great tips. I love dark chocolate. Nuts are great although not great at all when you get the chickenpox. They make it worse because of the arginine. I am surprised to not see berries in there. Certain nuts and cinnamon are also known to burn fat.
