Hair Loss

Almost everyone experiences hair loss and it's not a surprise because it's common.

There are many things that can cause the hair to fall down, these include - not limited to:

- The natural hair loss

- Weak immune system

- Dandruff

- Malnutrition

- Lack of sleep

- Stress

Let's talk about each and every cause in details now.

1- Natural Fall Down

There might come some months when your hair would naturally fall down due to the sudden weather & climatic changes. Don't panic yet because it is totally normal for each individual to lose hair every now and then.

It is known that the colder the weather, the more your hair would fall down due to the effect cold weather generally leaves for our skin. Cold weather makes our skin dry but also your scalp.

It is important to keep your skin moisturized and healthy.

If you are losing a normal amount of hair then here's some more of what you need to know:

2- Dandruff

Dandruff Might be caused by many factors like the cold weather, hair products ( sprays , gels etc…) scratching your head but most importantly it could be a fungal infection as well.

Tips To Avoid It:

- While showering, you can always avoid using your nails to clean and rub your head .Instead, try using the tips of your fingers

- Avoid using too much products on your hair. The less is the more!

- Avoid scratching your head a much as possible.

- Try to keep the scalp moisturized and prevent it from getting dry ( Using Glycolic acid might be a good solution).

- Check on your health by regularly getting your blood checked. Loss of hair could be a sign of iron deficiency or some other mineral/vitamin deficiency. It's always important to know what your body needs.

- Check to see if you have gotten a fungal infection. This is very important because fungus is found everywhere and it usually remains undiagnosed. It's important to use shampoos that contain ingredients which fight against dandruff. There's specific ingredients to look for, so make sure you read that on any shampoo bottle before purchasing.

- Stop or avoid showering with hot water as hot water can remove the naturally produced oil from your skin and scalp. So, try to keep the water warm but not too hot! Cold water showers are also great if you don't mind getting showering with cold water.

3- Weak Immunity System

Weak immunity system can affect our hair follicles and by that, the hair would easily slide to fall down. Always keep an eye on how strong your immune system is and help it get stronger by eating healthy foods and exercising.

4- Lack Of Appropriate Nutrition:

Make sure to include all the nutrients that your body needs in your lifestyle’s diet.

You can read this article below to get an idea about the foods that can be perfect for your body according to your blood's type.

5- Stress

Stress Can be a big major reason for a lot of diseases and illnesses, hair loss can be one of them.

Stress can even sometimes trigger your hereditary hair loss as well. If you're worried a lot, you can simply head to the nearest medical center to check and find out about the real causes.

6- Lack Of Sleep

Lack of sleep can cause many negative affects for your body and it’s a form of stress.

There are of course, many other reasons that can cause hair loss and the things mentioned above are the major ones.

Seek rapid medical assistance if you feel like you’re just losing lots of hair because there might be some hidden serious causes for that.

Do not over-react with this though as it might be caused by other natural things such as inheritance.
