What does bathtime mean to you?
Do you stock your bathroom cupboards with only what you think you need or do you make an elaborate affair of it using candles, essential oils and bubbles? Everyone chooses to make their bath time different.
Some will only use a Spa with on site spa assistants and beauticians. And some will opt to stay in an expensive hotel where everything is provided for and cleaned every day.
Bath time is sacred to some and one of the best times of day but to others it is just a way of keeping clean once or twice a week!
Relaxing in a bath with steam and aromatic smells helps to balance your energies and de stress your body. Your muscles relax and you feel less tired and more refreshed after having a long bath. Also if you use your bath time as a beauty time as well you can sit back with a face mask on and some cucumber slices for your eyes!
Filling your bath with bubbles, and relaxing for 5 minutes lets the fragrances of the bubble bath go round your body making you feel clean, your skin revitalized, soft to the touch and well moisturized.
Some people think that baths are more for women than men because women want to relax and stay in the bath longer but that is not exactly true. Men may spend a long time in the bath, reading a book, or even using their laptop to work on!
Bath time means different things to different people. For example, a couple may want to create a romantic mood in their master bathroom, with light dimmers and background music playing. Or a young girl might want to decorate their bathroom with pink floor mats, bubble bath and pink towels. And a man may want to burn an aromatic scent like sandalwood with candles with his bath to give him a spa effect and help him to unwind.
