If you want to cut hair in a classic manner, any size, any style, wet the hair, get a comb and take a tuft of hair at a time on a 90 degrees angle to any part of the head, cut the length you desire. Go on cutting until you are satisfied. You'll always get great results this way. This is the only secret: put your tuft or lock of hair at 90 degrees (right angle) to the head and cut.
