What are 'Gel nails?' are they the same as false fingernails?
The beautition is advertising Gel Nails treatments.
Gel nails are false nails created at a salon by taking a special gel that is put onto your nails to extend their length. The gel is then hardened by using uv light and heat. So, yes, pretty much gel nails are false nails but they tend to last much longer than traditional nail tips.

Why do some men have long fingernails?I saw a man recently who had very long fingernails, especially on the pinkies. I have seen other men with long pinky nails as well. Why do some men wear long fingernails like this? Is there something special about the pinky nail?
