Ok we all know how bad the sun is for us so what is your preference of bronzer? Powder? Spray tan?
I love a nice golden healthy tan but being in my mid 30's I know worry about the effects of aging and the dreaded "C". I have used so many bronzers, sprays, creams, you name it. Let me know what your top picks are and why??
First I knew the sun was bad for us, its action produces vitamin D and prevents rickets. There was a recent medical survey of Californians, they were shown to be low on vitamin D, possibly caused by excessive use of sun block.

How many minutes a day is recommended for tanning/sunbathing?I'm doing one hour most days. I don't burn and I use coconut oil for sunblock/tanning oil.

It is ok for African Americans to use it in context between their friends. They may be careful in using it in public around others they do not know (especially if someone feels uncomfortable hearing the word). Is it ok for white people to use the word.... never!
