How many winter coats do you have?
Up until this year, I only had a denim jacket that I wore in the winter. Living in New York, though, well you need a little extra. So I've bought two warm coats, one for the woods and one for everywhere else.
It's not that cold here, so I have a mid-calf wool camel hair coat, a classic London Fog trenchcoat w/ a removable lining, and a black anorak style jacket which is mid-thigh length. - cat
Three. One down coat that makes me look like the Michelin Man - that was for North Dakota. And two others. All in pretty good repair.
I now live in the tropics of the Philippines. Some inland valleys get quite cold at night, but I rarely visit there.
None. Only sweaters. In Texas, there is two months of cold so winter coats are not necessary.
