Essentially, do you have a life outside the web? And if not, are you interested in changing it?
I scored a 40. Fairly normal and not too bad. I felt concern for people who had to respond "Always" for some of the questions, like "How often do you block out disturbing thoughts about your life with soothing thoughts of the Internet?"
How sad would that be? I don't mean sad as in pathetic, I mean it as in genuinely sad that some people are unable to hand stress or bad things in their life and have to turn to something else to satisfy that need. It's like any other kind of addiction--drugs, alcohol....
I've been on the web about 12/7 for the past 18 years. I'm completely addicted. I've nou decided to break it!
