Besides hubpages? Lol, lol, lol, none. But from my new addiction to hubpages, I can imagine now what it must feel like to have a serious internet addiction to sites or activities that aren't as tame ;-)

Oh yes. You're right on the button there, janshares! This is a healthy outlet for writing and writers, but there are so many unhealthy outlets on the net too. Thanks for sharing!

I am not sure if I am addicted but I love writing hubs, writing articles and posting them to article directories, engaging in forums discussions and writing content in my website.

I play a lot of games, not as much as I used to though. A few years ago I had quite a few 16+ hour days sitting in front of a computer. A couple extremely high energy dogs was a good fix for that, though.

Oh yes, dogs surely take away time from the computer! Mine certainly do, and always show that it's time to eat. Thanks for sharing, Sapper!

Youtube videos are important for writing here. As long as there is balance, it's fine!

Of course, for me, I always spend time on Facebook and searching information. I should have some time on Facebook or I will not be happy. Not now, before. I think I am addicted with Internet. I love using Internet. In our community, not too much people who use Internet. My father always angry me because of Internet.

I've found that when a certain web site gets overly addictive, that it's best just to go cold turkey and stay away from it all together. Keep on hubbing  smile

True. If that site's addictive, we'd best avoid it! Thanks Goody 5!

I probably have it. I think it goes in-and-out of extremity. Some days I can't go two minutes without checking my phone. Some days I'll check it in the car, or at work, or during meetings. I sat through an entire class one year in college, just surfing the net. I failed that class.

Sometimes I'll be completely content not touching a computer for hours, and won't even think about it.

I guess it just depends on what I'm doing, or "supposed" to be doing. I am bored easily. The internet is my go-to drug to alleviate boredom.

Let me refer you to this article I read sometime back in Newsweek:

I found myself addicted to chatting online when I was younger.  It was enough for me to neglect my studies and drop out of college.  If I didn't keep myself active in other ways, all I would do is chat online with almost total strangers.
