Posting on Facebook

   Sometimes I'll be reading a Facebook feed, and want to paste a link to one of my article. I will copy the URL (short or full) and paste it in. However, more times than not, the picture displayed is not my first one. I usually have a Pinterest-ready pic, but it shows some random other picture that I can't change it. If I post as the OP, I usually get three pic choices and can find the main one. What am I doing wrong?

      Usually, in the upper left corner of the photo, there are little arrows, when you mouse over it, that allows you to change the photo choice... not always, but most of the time. I've had the frustration, as well, and have found this usually works. Hope it does for you! ;-)

      What I have learned to do is copy and paste the URL and then let FB display the picture. I then use the little arrows to find the picture I want. If it does not appear, I then cancel that post and then go back in and repeat the above again. Usually, on the second time around, the pic I want is there. It can seem random at times FB. The little trick I mentioned works about 75% of the time.

   I noticed same thing today when i posted link to my profile page.  I have changed profile photo several times.  So, I clicked on photo showing in FB, and it was a thumbnail like set up, so I was able to change photo to the most current one without deleting post and trying again
