My laptop is turning off by itself.when I turn it on it says windows closed unexpectedly.
My laptop is turning off on its own... it did that 2 times today..i have just scanned it..any suggestions???what need to be done plz hlp
Did this just happened today or was it happening for sometime already? Did you change or add anything to the laptop? like installed a new software or downloaded something from the net?
It could be a heat problem, a corrupt operating system or a hard drive problem. Well you can't do anything pretty much when its a hardware problem unless your gonna pry it open and clean or check the hardware.
no i didnt install any new software i just updated my Avast anti virus the day before. its only today its shutting down.
I think you have to format your laptop if it works after format then its good. Else check the RAM works properly or not. Because some times RAM does not work properly. And if your RAM is working properly then definitely your Hard Disk might have some problem.
The same problem goes with my laptop few days ago at that time my Hard Disk burns. So i have to replace my Hard Disk. Now my laptop works properly.
