From my experience no. Google still is better than Bing as far as how my publications and sites are showing in searches.  However, I am hearing that Bing is getting better and I may need to reevaluate my stance on that in the future.

But consider bing tooo..Don't blind search Google alone

Bing also gives more relevant results than google.

Overall, Google is better.  Google seems to consistently have the most relevant content for what you are searching for with your keywords.  Where I think Bing succeeds is in providing you with relevant content that is new to the web.  I have noticed on several occasions that Bing finds me sites that are still in their infant stages but have great content.  These new and small sites tend to get buried in all of the Google results.

Bing is to David and Google is to Goliath.

I'd say Google is better because Bing will have some trouble living up to that story's conclusion.
