From my experience no. Google still is better than Bing as far as how my publications and sites are showing in searches. However, I am hearing that Bing is getting better and I may need to reevaluate my stance on that in the future.

Bing also gives more relevant results than google.
I have just started using Bing and find it just a resourceful as Google.
Overall, Google is better. Google seems to consistently have the most relevant content for what you are searching for with your keywords. Where I think Bing succeeds is in providing you with relevant content that is new to the web. I have noticed on several occasions that Bing finds me sites that are still in their infant stages but have great content. These new and small sites tend to get buried in all of the Google results.
Bing is to David and Google is to Goliath.
I'd say Google is better because Bing will have some trouble living up to that story's conclusion.
I really think Google is better than Big because Google is fast and when you search G it will show Google I also think Google is better than Bing because it is so popular
